Your meal begins with butter, ''puf'' bread, ''lavas'' and ''fındık lahmacun'', followed by a feast of delicious traditional fare such as ''Malhıtalı'' meatballs, olive ''piyaz'', ''Mas piyaz'', ''analıkızlı'', ''alaca'' soup, green olive ''borek'', ''semsek'', Antep dolma and Gaziantep-style hot hummus.
