2 medium sea bass, sliced or fillets
Olive oil
1 can of mushrooms
3-4 Pepperones
4 medium tomatoes diced or 1 can of diced tomatoes
Lemon, sliced thin
2 bay leaves
Parsley, finely chopped
Gut the fish, wash and drain. Set aside.
Heat the olive oil, add mushrooms, green pepperones and stir for 3-4 minutes.
Add tomatoes, salt and pepper, stir for another 5 minutes.
Place sea bass in a heat resistant dish, wide and deep enough. Pour tomatoe mixture over the fish. Cover.
Cook over medium heat for 15 minutes apprx. Until the fish is tender.
Garnish with parsley.
