4 large tomates or 1 can chopped tomates
1 medium onion, finely chopped
3 cloves garlic, crushed
Olive oil
1 canned moshroom, drained
Dried basil
Salt, pepper
Parmesan cheese
Heat the olive oil in a saucepan. Sauté onion and garlic until it gets a golden colour.
Add the tomatoes and cook until it absorbes the water.
Meanwhile, boil 2 litres of water to boil and add salt. Cook the pasta al dente. And drain well.
Add the mushrooms to tomato sauce.
Add salt, pepper, dried basil and sugar to tomato sauce. Cook for 2 more minutes. Turn the heat off.
Mix tomato sauce and pasta stirring gentky over very low heat for 1 minute.
Serve it with parmesan cheese.
