Stuffed Tomatoes with Cheese Salad
2 hard boiled eggs
4 tomates
150 gr white goat cheese
1 teaspoon lemon juice
1 teaspoon mustard
Salt, pepper
1 tablespoon dill, chopped
Olive oil

Shell the eggs and chop finely.
Chop goat cheese and mix it with the eggs.
Mix olive oil, mustard, lemon juice, salt, pepper and chopped dill and add everything to the cheese and egg mixture.
Cut and remove the top of the tomatoes. Scoop them out and fill in the cheese mixture.
Serve cold.
