1 large onion
1 medium potato (diced)
1 medium carrot (diced)
1 medium celery (diced)
1 cup parsley (chopped)
3 egg yolks
2 spoonful flour
1 cup olive oil
1 spoonful butter
1 tea spoon salt
Juice of 1 lemon
Pepper to taste
Place the fish in an large pot. Cut it into smaller pieces if needed.
Add 1 1/5 litre of water, halved onion and salt, bring to boil and simmer for 20 minutes.Remove the onion.
Take the fish out of and place aside to cool. When is cold, clean and shred it. Filter the remaining boiling water and put it back to the pot.
Add diced potato, carrot and celery, cook for 15 minutes. Add the flour and some warm water (if needed) Bring to boil and simmer gently for 10 more minutes.
Add the fish and parsley.
While simmering, check the taste and add more salt if needed or more water if the soup becomes very tick. Kaynama sırasında çorbanın koyuluk derecesini ve tuzunu ayarlayın.

Add butter.
Mix egg yolks with some warm water (no lemon juice) and add to the soup.
You can prepare the soup with peeled and chooped tomato or some tomato pureé.
Mix the olive oil with lemon juice and pepper and add it to the soup while serving.
