2 medium onions ( sliced)
3 tomatoes (peeled and diced)
5 green pepper (chopped)
1/2 cup parsley (finely chopped)
1,2 cup olive oil
1/2 teaspoon salt
Juice of 1/2 lemon
Pour salt over the fish and set aside.Dilimlenmiş balığı suyunu süzdürdükten sonra tuzlayarak bir kaba koyun.
Heat the olive oil in a saucepan and sauté the onions for a few minutes.
Add the tomatoes and peppers. Cook for 7-8 minutes.
Put 2/3 of this mixture in a skillet. Add parsley.
Place the bonito slices over it and cover the fish with the remaining onion/tomato mixture.
Cover the skillet and cook for 30 minutes over medium heat.
Serve warm or cold with some lemon juice.
