4 blue fishes of 250 gr
Juice of 1 orange
Juice of 1/2 lemon
1/2 cup chopped parsley
1/2 cup olive oil
1 teaspoon salt
Place the fish in a large saucepan.
Pour the juice over the fish.
Add the salt.
Add the parsley.
Cover the pan and cook for 20 minutes on medium fire
Pour some olive oil while serving.
