1 egg
100 gr almonds
1 tablespoon corn flour
vegetable oil for frying
salt to taste
Pour salt over the sea bass fillets. Dry them with kitchen paper.
Heat the oil in a deep fryin pan.
Mix the egg yolk with some water and salt.
Coat the fillet first with corn flour, then egg and corn flour again.
Fry until they get golden colour.
Drain the fillets on kitchen paper.
Finally fry the almonds in the same oil and serve the fish with them.
