500 gr sardines (cleaned, washed, drained)
200 gr shrimps (boiled and cleaned)
2 large tomatoes (peeled and chopped) or1/2 canned tomato
1/2 canned mushrooms
Olive oil
2 green peppers (chopped)
Pepper and salt to taste
Pour salt onto the fish and set aside.
Heat the olive oil in a saucepan.
Gently fry the chopped green peppers for 2 minutes.
Add half of the tomatoes and place the fish over the mixture.
Add shrimps and mushrooms.
Add salt and pepper to taste.
Add the remaining tomato over it.
Cover the pan and cook over medium heat for 15 minutes.
