100 gr green pepper (thinly chopped)
2 medium onions (thinly chopped)
3 colves garlic (crushed)
- cup parlsey (chopped)
- cup dill (chopped)
- cup fresh mint leaves (chopped)
2 teaspoon chilli pepper
- cup vinegar
- cup extra virgin olive oil
Juice of 1 lemon
Salt to taste
Put all the ingredients in a large bowl.
Add vinegar, oilve oil and lemon juice. Mix well.
Add salt at last and mix.
Set aside for 10 minutes
Mix again before serving.
