650 gr spinach (frozen)
12 eggs
40 gr butter (softened)
Chilli powder
4 cloves garlic (crushed)
50 gr shrimps (boiled and cleaned or frozen)
- cup dill (chopped)
Salt
Chop the defrosted spinach. Mix it with eggs and butter. Add salt and chilli powder.
Cut the shrimps into small pieces and stir fry for 2 minutes in a frying pan. Add the spinach mixture and dill. Mix all well.
Pour the mixture into a non-stick pan and cook both sides flipping over.
