Shrimps Cantonese
4 servings
40- 50 shrimps (cleaned)
2 tablespoon vegetable oil.
2 eggs
1 tablespoon corn flour
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1 tablespoon vinegar
salt
1 teaspoon chilli pepper
1 teaspoon ginger
1 teaspoon black pepper

Mix pepper, chilli pepper, and ginger in a small bowl.
Mix one egg yolk and one whole egg with soy sauce. Add the spice mixture.
Mix corn flour with one egg white and add the shrimps for coating and leave for 20 minutes.
Heat the oil in a pan. Fry the shrimps and set aside.
Pour the egg mixture into the same oil and while cooking add the fried shrimps.
Serve hot.
