The 32nd America's Cup Challenge itself will take place in Valencia in June 2007, but unlike every preceding modern America's Cup the lead up to the big match in three years time sees big changes with a brand new schedule of regattas.
The first three 'Acts', as the preliminary races are known, were held in 2004 and the schedule for 2005 is as follows:

Further Acts have yet to be scheduled but there'll be a concluding Act in 2007 which will be an opening fleet race for all the competitors of the 32nd America's Cup. The climax of the programme will be the Louis Vuitton Cup during April-June and the America's Cup Match itself following on in June 2007.
